I love Hospitality, it has given me highs and lows, the opportunity to travel far and wide., the opportunity to meet and work with people from all over the world., given me career progression and some amazing stories which are shared over a coffee, beer or a meal. It was whilst catching up with some long time chef colleagues we talked about food blogs and writing a blog. So here it is
